Join the fun and experience the thrill and resistance of sand volleyball! Blue and Gold Volleyball Camps present for the 9th summer in Long Beach, NY an unforgettable volleyball experience.

Welcome to the Blue and Gold Volleyball Beach Camp – Long Beach, NY, the perfect summer volleyball experience! Our beach volleyball camp, in its 9th year, is designed for players who want to enhance their indoor volleyball skills while enjoying the thrill of sand volleyball. Our experienced coaches from Hofstra University have developed a unique concept to teach indoor volleyball using the challenges of outdoor sand volleyball, such as wind and uneven surfaces.

Blue and Gold Beach Camp: June 13th – August 3th, 2023
Every Tuesday and Thursday / 6:15 pm – 8:00 pm,
Long Beach, NY – Street TBA

– Campers are grouped by: skill, age, years of experience
– Warm-up, drills/teaching skills, scrimmage,
– every practice includes 15 min. conditioning
– every camper gets our exclusive beach camp shirt
– Equipment needed: sunscreen and a water bottle (¬‿¬)

The spring is finally here and we are working hard planning our 9th year Beach Camp in Long Beach, NY, and our Summer Camps for 2023.

Indoor Summer Clinics 2023 – Register Now

We are thrilled to invite athletes of all skill levels to join us for a summer of intensive training and exciting competition. Our camps are designed to provide a fun and challenging environment where athletes can develop their skills and build a strong foundation for success on and off the court.

Our team of experienced coaches will work closely with each athlete to improve their individual technique, strategy, and overall game performance. We offer a comprehensive curriculum that includes skill-building drills, game simulations, and personalized coaching feedback. Our coaches are dedicated to creating a supportive atmosphere encouraging growth and teamwork.

We welcome athletes from all backgrounds and levels of experience – everyone has the potential to excel and achieve their goals with hard work and dedication. Our camps and clinics are open to all athletes regardless of previous volleyball club affiliations. Whether you are just starting out or have been playing for years, we welcome you to join our community and take your game to the next level.

Volleybees Program for kids age 6 to 11 -Thursdays in Long Beach, NY

Over the years we have developed a program for children from 6 to 12 years in order to teach basic skills of volleyball enhancing their ability to learn the game right from the start. While the focus is to have fun, the participants will pick up the skills quickly by “playing” the game. In this way, the program will provide a broad athletic basis with hand-eye coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and proprioception.

Originally we offered the Volleybees during our indoor club volleyball season but took them with us to the beach in 2016. We train once a week for 90 minutes during the Beach Camp, every Thursday in June and July. Please register soon as we have limited spots  available.

Camp Coach turns Pro in Italy

Martignacco, Italy (January 15, 2022) Some of last year’s campers for sure remember Michela Rucli from the beach camp and the indoor season.
